21 Day Challenge Natural Face Lift – Day 11
Jan 20th
Whoo hoo! We are on day 11 – the half way point. I know I said yesterday was the mid-way point, but I did some counting today and I was wrong … yesterday, but today I’m correct.
Today, I have some comments from other Challengers how their progress is coming along. Also be sure to watch until the end, because I answer one Challenger’s question and you just may want to know the answer too.
Here’s the video for today…
Be sure to let me know if you have any questions and how your progress is coming along.
21 Day Challenge Natural Face Lift – Day 10
Jan 19th
It’s day 10 of the challenge. We’re half way through the 21 Day Challenge. I have to say that I’m pleased with my results so far, even if my eyes are a little puffy this morning….
Here is the video for today…

21 Day Challenge Natural Face Lift – Day 9
Jan 18th

Whoo hoo! We’re on day 9 of the challenge and I’m starting to get more comments about my face. Last night, my neighbors commented and Sal asked me how much weight I had lost. When I told them none they wanted to know what I was doing. Show I showed MaryLee the facial routine. I think that she is going to join the challenge.
Here’s today video…
Is anyone starting to notice changes in your face? Tell me about it in the comments. See you tomorrow.
21 Day Challenge Natural Face Lift – Day 8
Jan 17th
We are one-third of the way through the 21 Day Challenge. It’s day 8 and I’m noticing some changes. But I want you to be the judge. Below are photos of me on Day 1 and Day 8. Both photos were taken before any massage. Unfortunately the lighting not the same.
Notice the area under my left eye is not as puffy in Day 8 as it was in Day 1. The skin folds near my mouth on both sides are not as prominent in Day 8. The chin looks more defined. My neck looks smoother. The overall texture (bumpiness) and ruddiness of my face seems less than on Day 1. I don’t seem much of a change in my right eyelid, but the left one appears less heavy.
Here’s today video…
How is your challenge coming along? Noticing any differences? Also, can you see any differences with my face? Post your thoughts in the comments.

21 Day Challenge Natural Face Lift – Day 7
Jan 16th
It’s day 7 of the 21 Day Natural Face Lift Challenge. I have some good news and some bad.
First the good news. Last night we went to happy hour with some friends. Imagine my delight when they noticed my face seemed thinner and asked what I was doing. I told her all about it and said that I would send her the link to the first video. Hopefully, she will join the challenge too.
Now for the bad news. My face is a little puffy today. Let me explain… I managed to get a bug bit on my cheek last night. As soon as we got home from happy hour, my husband noticed it right away. That was my right side. Bummer, I hope it doesn’t last long.
My left cheek is also puffy. We went to the dermatologist today (I know, on a Sunday? Who would have thought a doctor works on a Sunday?) to have some skin tags removed. He looked at a broken capillary on the left side of my face. He said that he could inject it with something and it would die off (or something like that). It is supposed to be better in a few days, but right now a little sore and swollen.
Here’s today video….
Did you notice my puffy cheeks? How is your challenge coming along? Post your progress in the comments.
21 Day Challenge Natural Face Lift – Day 6
Jan 15th
It’s day 6 of the 21 Day Natural Face Lift Challenge. I have faithfully done the Lypossage home care routine both morning and night for the past five days — and well this morning too! After I finished the routine last night and I’m in bed, I noticed that my cheeks and muscles under my jaw feel like they have done sit-ups. Those muscles are getting a work out. Whoo hoo! Those areas are also looking more defined. My eyes also feel a lot less puffy. I’m loving the results so far.
How about you? How is your challenge coming along?
Here is today’s video… (it really is today’s video, even though it says Day 5 — forgot to change it — ooops!). If you are a massage therapist doing this challenge, watch until the end. I share with you what another therapist is doing to get a little extra business from this challenge.

21 Day Natural Face Lift Challenge – Day 4
Jan 13th
Today is day 4 of the 21 Day Natural Face Lift Challenge. I must say that I’m pleased with my progress so far. I have much less tenderness under my chin and my sore throat is completely gone. My skin feels tighter and has more integrity (if that makes sense).
Be sure to watch the video to the end because I answer some questions from readers, show a brief clip of an actual Lypossage treatment session and you will also get to see a guest cameo appearance from my very special helper.
If you are interested in receiving a Lypossage treatment in Virginia, check out my website Alexandria Therapeutic Massage for details. If you are not in my area, you can either check my training website, Lypossage Training Institute, for therapists that I have trained or the main Lypossage website for a Lypotherapist in your area.
21 Day Natural Face Lift Challenge – Day 3
Jan 12th
This is day 3 of the challenge and I’m already noticing some difference. My skin texture feels smoother and my eye less puffy. Even my husband noticed. Also, the sore throat that I had for several days (either from trying to get a cold or allergies) is completely gone. I’ve had clients who have told me that their allergy symptoms were diminished during their Lypossage treatment.
Check out the video from today…
