I was watching Dr. Oz where he recommended a smoothie with four different berries and pomegranate juice. From there, it has gradually morphed into what I call my super anti-oxidant smoothie.

Ingredients
4 oz. of Pomegranate juice
2. oz. of Aloe Vera juice
1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of Reishi mushrooms
1/2 tsp of Chlorella

Directions
Put all ingredients into the blender and mix well.
